2018 Sony Open in Hawaii

Full disclosure: Sony sponsors a professional golf event. Sony makes a 35mm camera system. I like shooting professional golf. I like Sony's 35mm camera system. Sony likes that I like their cameras. And so Sony invited me to the 2018 Sony Open in Hawaii, and I had the opportunity to put their camera system through its paces at their golf tournament.

So with that out of the way, thank you to Sony for having me along. I'm going to put a post up (relatively) soon about how their flagship sports camera, the A9, is a game-changer when it comes to golf photography. But in the meantime, here are a couple of my favorites from the week. And in the meantime, know this: what I just wrote above, the "game-changer" thing? I would've written that regardless of how or why or for whom I wound up on Oahu last week.
